Ordering on Alibaba Step-by-Step


  1. Search for the product you want to purchase using the search bar on the Alibaba homepage.
  2. Browse through the results and select a supplier that you want to purchase from.
  3. Click on the "Contact Supplier" button to start a conversation with the supplier.
  4. Negotiate the price, shipping, and other details with the supplier.
  5. Once the details have been agreed upon, the supplier will provide you with a proforma invoice.
  6. Review and confirm the invoice, and then proceed to make payment through one of the methods accepted by the supplier, such as wire transfer or letter of credit.
  7. The supplier will then ship the product to you, and you will receive it in a few days to a few weeks, depending on the shipping method chosen.

It is important to note that Alibaba is a platform for connecting buyers and suppliers, and it does not handle the transactions itself. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the supplier's credentials and ensure that the supplier is legitimate before making a purchase.
